Our Lab explores how people develop and use data and technology as cultural and historical practices. We draw together scholarship in science and technology studies with critical orientations in human-computer interaction to both design and examine relationships at the intersection of data politics, environmental issues, and lived experiences of gender, race, ethnicity, class, and nation.

The Critical Technocultures Lab is based at the School of Interactive Computing, Georgia Tech.
